I plan on majoring in both computer science and philosophy but know that most college apps only let you choose one major. What extracurriculars could I do for either, and should my ECs lean into one major more than the other?
I'm not to sure about philosophy ECs, but if you want to do something computer science related, something like business professionals of America (BPA), offer programming competitions. If you want a little bit of cybersecurity to, I'd say CyberPatriots. I've competed in CyberPatriots for 2 years now, this is my 3rd, and I'd say that it has that element of CS.
But those are mostly HS competitions, I am aware however, of a college level version of cyber patriots called CyberForce. However, as an HS student, I can't help much with college ECs, but those are a few suggestions I know of that you could research.
I'm sure you can find more info if you ask a professional at your institution.
