I'm currently in the process of applying for BCC's dental hygiene program, but I'm lost on the process. I saw there was another post on here, but it didn't really help answer my question too much. I'm currently a senior in HS, so I haven't taken my prerequisites yet. I was told that I needed to apply for the general admission first, take my prerequisites, and then apply for the program to take it in my second semester.
After I take my prerequisites, do I apply through the health professions application? Or through the self-service website for students? I'm extremely lost. Any advice would be appreciated!!
Since you're applying to BCC's dental hygiene program, you'll first need to complete your general admission to take the prerequisite courses. After that, you typically apply to the dental hygiene program through a specific health professions application, rather than the general self-service website. This process often requires additional materials or steps, so it's crucial to verify directly with BCC. I recommend reaching out to their admissions office or health professions department for detailed guidance on their application process and any specific requirements.
