Extracurriculars?

I am a current sophomore in high school with a very late birthday, around late May, so I will be unable to get my driver's license until then. I have had a tough time attending and participating in club activities because I have little to no family nearby who can pick me up at a non-standard time. My parents have meetings and schedule them around school pickup, and we are rarely informed beforehand about when certain clubs are meeting until the day of, which, by then, is very difficult to reschedule around. How will this affect my college applications, and how should I address this issue or attempt to resolve it?
