Does going to tjhsst lower my chances of getting into a good in-state school like uva or virgnia tech

So I am currently a freshman at tjhsst (thomas jefferson high school for science and techology) i currently have a 3.7 gpa but I am taking 4 honor classes. Does my chance of getting acepted into Uva or Virginia tech lower because so many graduates go to out of state colleges and ivy leagues?
