Should I go with Cybersecurity as a major, as planned, or Artificial Intelligence?

Your post doesn't really tell me anything about why you want to choose one or the other. Your ECs also don't show any interest in tech except the gaming. The college has a pretty high acceptance rate so unless you absolutely bomb the application, you should be fine. Just based on the degrees chosen, cybersecurity would be the "best" due to the growing market, easy entry and high pay. If you are interested in anything and everything comp sci/tech and can't decide, then I would do Computer Science (personally that's what I'm doing and how I got to that point).
