What are some good programs to keep track of deadlines, requirements, and schools?

My school list is quite exhaustive at this point, and I need to be able to track everything because they range from requiring the entire library of Alexandria to just needing a personal statement and thumbs up.

I'd prefer if it was free, but a small fee or two is fine. Or if there are any known Excel/Sheets templates (I couldn't find any) or websites, that'd be amazing!

You could just make your own Google Sheet/Excel table so you can customize it as much as you like. Here are some videos:
