Is the "Hyper-Productive" Spike actually worth it? (APs + Nonprofit + Job + Dual Enrollment)

Hey everyone,

I'm currently mapping out my trajectory for junior year and trying to get some perspective from people who have been through the ringer. Right now, my plan includes juggling multiple AP classes, dual-enrollment college courses, a summer surgical shadowing internship, starting a part-time job, and founding/running a mental health policy nonprofit.

On paper, I know this builds a really strong "spike" for Top 20 schools, but looking at it all together is a little daunting. For those of you who did the absolute maximum in high school: Was it actually worth it? Did you face major burnout, and how did you protect your mental health while keeping your GPA up?

Would love any honest advice, reality checks, or time-management tips from fellow overachievers!
