What helps you switch off between college application tasks?

I am sharing a resource from Ask Ayurveda, the project I work with, and curious how people here handle breaks during application season. Does putting a stop time on essay edits actually stick, or do you end up reopening the doc ten minutes later?

Our yoga and stress guide is at yoga and stress guide if thats something you're interested in. I'd like to hear about the everyday stuff too, walks, music or just closing the laptop for bit.

The break itself seem easy to plan. Coming back without checking every college forum again... thats the tricky part, I think. What feels doable on a busy school night, and what just becomes another thing on the to do list? Small ideas welcome, doesnt have to be a whole routine
