Will colleges accept the November SAT if I apply ED?

If I apply to a school for early decision will they accept the November 7th sat or will it be too late?

Ask the admissions office of the school. Only they will know and it's more likely they will accept it if you let them know.

You could depending on the deadline, see the EDs at least in my state (TEXAS) are all November, so as long as your application doesn't get processed by the time your SAT score arrives at your prospective college (this will be in early December, which is ten days after score release) I would say its fine. But in all honesty, it's luck.

But I would much rather send my OCT score to be safe.

Sometimes schools will let you send them your scores after they received your application, I would just call the admissions officer or do some research to see if you're able to send in a later score.
