I'm unable to send a personal message when I try to connect with a new school, why?
When I connect with new schools, I don't get the option to send in an additional message also with the connection. I was told that it should come up everytime I connect with a new school, but it only asked me in the beginning and never after that. Once, I click connect it says- "You are now connected with 'XYZ School'". What do I need to do in order for it to let me put in a personal message?

@Rohan.k sorry if my other answer wasn’t clear — not every school has a personal message enabled. Different colleges on CollegeVine have different configurations (application journeys, direct counselor pairing, messaging, etc). If messaging is enabled for a school, you’ll see it on the school’s connection page. Hope that clarifies!
