Trying to wrap my head around grades. If I get a 4/6 on an assignment, what grade does that equate to?

Hey all. I'm a bit confused about how GPA works. I currently have a 3.2 GPA, and I am wondering how that translates into a percentage. Any help?

I recently got 67 on a test out of 100 and I'm not sure how to make sense of this grade. What would it be in terms of a letter grade or a GPA on the 4.0 scale?
