Audience questions

These are questions from the audience that we had time to answer during the live session. If you have any other questions, you can request an answer from Yesh and other CollegeVine experts in an upcoming livestream or on the Q&A Forum anytime.
25:51@Miguel_Angel:I'm interested in majoring in Medical Sciences and minoring in psychology (because I'm very interested in both fields). Would you recommend it?
27:42@Miguel_Angel:What about the workload of the major?
29:13@Sardana:Before starting the medical sciences program, did you do any summer programs or research in HS that you think helped you prepare for this major?
32:17@Miguel_Angel:Are you in your dorm right now? (Sorry for the question, just curious)
41:44@Sardana:What year did you start your research?
49:39@Miguel_Angel:Didn't you have any second thoughts if what you were doing was actually what you wanted to do? Because you enrolled in a 7-year program that, in case you change your opinion, it'd be harder to get out of or change your major.
54:28@suvitti:I'm interested in psychiatry but I only have Psychology, History, Economics and Math in High School Would Majoring in Psychology and Biology be a good idea and does not having Bio put me at a disadvantage
55:54@Sardana:What year do you have to take your MCAT.. 2nd or 3rd year?
56:25@Sardana:Did you apply to the BU program as ED? And can you tell if you got credit for your AP classes?
57:27@suvitti:Since everything is online what kind of internships or summer opportunities do you recommend ?
