About this livestream

Time mismanagement can be the most consequential obstacle applicants face since it doesn’t matter how qualified you are if you cannot effectively structure your time to apply to school. A procrastinator in recovery, Moriah will walk through all things time management, from exploring the universal reason we procrastinate to sharing evidence-based skills for better planning.

She will also open up the floor for a Q&A session where she will answer any questions about procrastination, mindfulness, planning, prioritizing, and emotional regulation.
