Bio
Throughout my extensive 20-year career, my focus has primarily been on admissions work. Over the past five years, I have been employed as an Independent Educational Consultant, where my primary responsibility has been guiding and assisting numerous students each year in their successful applications to prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and other highly competitive universities. As a Harvard graduate myself, I take great pleasure in supporting students who aspire to navigate the application process with minimal stress.

My experience focuses on domestic students and first-generation college applicants. In addition, I have also worked with students from diverse backgrounds from around the world. To actively recruit students, I have traveled extensively, visiting numerous countries including India, Canada, China, Brazil, Ghana, the UK, Korea, and Spain. By limiting the number of students I work with, I ensure that each individual receives the personalized attention they deserve, allowing them to thrive throughout the application journey.

Work Experience: The college applications process is all about responding to one question: who are you? I am passionate about helping students craft a creative answer. I have been helping students gain admission to the T25 schools of their dreams since 2018, when I first started working for CollegeVine as an Applications Consultant, and later, blog writer. Soon after graduating from Georgetown, I started my own company to make college advising my career. I currently mentor students through one-on-one consulting sessions and essay editing.

My Admissions Story: My admissions journey began with a desire to dive into the humanities and have an adventure of self-discovery. I applied to East Coast liberal arts schools that value creativity and specialize in teaching languages, history, and international affairs. One thin deferral letter came in the fall, a thicker envelope came in the spring, and with that, I was accepted to my dream school — Georgetown University!
