Bio
Hi! College applications can be stressful and opaque, but they don't have to be. With the right guidance, I will help you de-mystify the admissions process, making sure you know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals. I believe in meeting students where they are and working with them to present their authentic selves – not who they think they should be, or who they think colleges want. I want you to succeed as yourself! I can work on a range of items with you, whether it be picking schools, writing essays, or preparing for interviews. If you are serious about working together, please schedule a free consultation.

About me: I just graduated from Yale University with a double major in computer science and political science. Next year, I'm going to be one of twelve Mitchell Scholars, studying political science in Ireland. At Yale, I was the Opinion Editor for the Yale Daily News, a high school debate coach for Hunter College HS, and a journalist for the New Haven Independent. After working with students informally over the years, I've decided to become a college consultant. I love working with people on how to sharpen their narratives and improve their writing skills.

Work Experience: Throughout my advising career, I’ve helped tons of students craft their perfect admissions narrative, nail their interviews, maximize their standardized test scores and ultimately, gain acceptance to their dream schools! During undergrad, I worked as an RA in two research labs, culminating in published work, in addition to serving as a near-peer public speaking coach. I am currently completing my MSc in Evolution of Language and Cognition at the University of Edinburgh.

My Admissions Story: As a low-income student, I had no idea how to approach college admissions. I remember looking at the sticker prices for the schools I was interested in and worrying that college might not actually be for me. Fortunately, I was able to find my way, navigating the complex process of admissions and aid. I’m so excited to be in a position to help other students who feel as I once did.
