burn out help

ive been feeling burnt out these last couple of weeks and i cant focus. send tips/advice please.

Try to take a break. Do something you enjoy. I have experienced a lot of burn out before by over focusing on academics instead of my personal and social life. It helped when I scheduled times for work and times for just wasting time with games and talking to friends.

If you need motivation to continue as a student, just know that the school year is almost up and that you will thank yourself later if you do well now. Just remember to take breaks like I mentioned. While you are a student, you are also a person.
