Hello! Being bilingual is definitely a flex as its an extremely useful ability not only in your school life but your during your career.

It depends on how you became bilingual. If you learned the language because it is spoken at home, then it will not give you much of a boost. However, learning a language to fluency as a non-native speaker is a major accomplishment that will look great to colleges. It will roughly help you as much as a Tier 2 award. Hope this helps!
