My process

Taking a Student centered approach in all I do, it is important that I work with the student on independence, autonomy, and self actualization. No one student is the same, so I create coaching plans based on each individual's Goals. I practice Appreciative advising to understand the student holistically and build authentic relationships, as well as unconditional positive regard which allows students to be their authentic selves without judgment. I take pride in assisting students with various elements of both the college application and college success processes. I strongly believe that motivation is the key to success and for that reason I make every effort to ensure that the student finds their best fit institution academically, financially, and socially.
