Greetings! My name is Ernestine Jackson. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas until moving to San Antonio, Texas to attend college. I graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Following that, I earned an MS in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University, also located in San Antonio. As far as employment, I've worked as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor, Junior Seminar Teacher, Senior Seminar Teacher, and I'm currently a College Counselor. During my free time I enjoy [solo] traveling, crocheting, hand-knitting, and kickboxing! Lastly, I absolutely LOVE hot sauce, spicy foods, the Dallas Cowboys, and Miami Heat. Don't judge me :)
