Meet the panelists:

Ashley is a senior from Dorado, Puerto Rico studying Hospitality Management at Rosen College at the University of Central Florida. She is pursuing a Theme Park and Attraction Management major while working as a Lead Processor at Sea World Orlando. Fun Fact: she has worked for all 3 major Orlando theme parks in some capacity! Outside of school, Ashley serves as a Student Mentor within the Mastering College to Career Academy career development program. She leads mock interview sessions, LinkedIn strategy workshops and 1:1 resumé critiquing.

Nicole is a senior business student in the college of business at University of Central Florida. Nicole is an active number of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) organization. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and traveling to different places.

Lisa is a junior from Lakeland, FL in the College of Engineering and Computer Science at UCF. She is pursuing her bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Lisa is a full-time mother, and works full-time for a software configuration company as an Implementation consultant. She enjoys spending time with her family, doing projects at home, and building computers.
