Question

I have a 3.47 weighted high school gpa, would this count as a 3.5? Also do you think I can get into schools like UMass?

I'm a junior and I just finished up the year. I know I have my senior year left to bring it up, but I plan to apply early to some schools and I feel like they won't see my senior year grades.
